RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY

Items purchased on ALIGNYC.com may be returned to ALI G NYC for return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.  Returns are only accepted on unworn and untampered items and returned in original packaging.

Items are subject to a free replacement within 90 days o purchase if returned with all included pieces.

Please email customerservice@alignyc.com for a request to return an item. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than ALIGNYC.com.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items marked Special Order may not be returned.

ALI G NYC does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received.

International orders shipped outside the US are non-returnable.
